Overview
The associate will support Chad’s national social-protection portfolio by monitoring partner delivery, strengthening the unified social registry, coordinating the WFP–UNICEF project, analysing programme performance and vulnerability, supporting policy dialogue and producing donor and knowledge products.

Responsibilities
- Monitor national and partner social-protection delivery against workplans and budgets
- Support use of the unified social registry in routine and crisis-response contexts
- Coordinate field activities, technical meetings and reporting for the WFP–UNICEF project
- Prepare evidence and technical materials for policy dialogue with ministries
- Analyse programme performance, poverty, vulnerability and early-warning information
- Coordinate workshops, missions, donor visits and inter-agency engagement
- Produce concept notes, donor reports, briefings and resource-mobilisation documents
- Integrate gender equality, protection, disability inclusion and conflict sensitivity
Requirements
- Completed secondary education
- At least six years of experience implementing cash-based social or food-security programmes
- Experience working with government institutions on social-policy development or programme implementation
- Experience in large-scale multisectoral programming with multiple partners
- Experience with WFP or another UN agency
- Fluency in French, working knowledge of English and knowledge of local Arabic
