Responsibilities

  • Review available data on used and unwanted controlled substances
  • Build a five-year database covering refrigerant banks and installed equipment
  • Identify missing data and address gaps through primary data collection
  • Create a national stakeholder database and conduct surveys
  • Assess laboratory capacity and improvement needs
  • Prepare the national inventory data-collection report in line with UNEP and Multilateral Fund guidance

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in refrigeration and air conditioning, environmental science, engineering or a related field, or a first-level university degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
  • Experience in national data collection in the refrigeration and air-conditioning sector
  • Experience writing and reviewing technical project proposals
  • Excellent oral and written English
