CCAC-TEAP Behavioural Science Framework Consultant

Develops a behavioural science framework and diagnostic checklist to improve adoption of super-pollutant mitigation technologies. The consultancy combines research, stakeholder consultation and practical intervention design for future CCAC-TEAP assessments and communications.

Department: Climate and Clean Air Coalition Secretariat

• Write a practical report mapping behavioural barriers, adoption levers and implementable programme designs
• Develop a diagnostic template for assessing barriers and enablers to mitigation-technology adoption
• Prepare and deliver a behavioural framework presentation to the Panel and Secretariat
• Use sector case studies from energy, waste, agriculture, fossil fuels, cooling and transport
• Consult technology providers, implementers and public and private stakeholders to ground the findings
• Work with the Communications Team on illustrations, graphics and technical accuracy

• Masters-level degree in behavioural science, behavioural economics, environmental psychology, environmental management, technology, science, economics or a related field
• At least four years of professional or scientific experience in behavioural science or economics related to technology development and adoption
• At least two years of research or implementation experience addressing behavioural barriers and levers in development or climate and clean-air projects
• Authorship or co-authorship of three relevant reports or peer-reviewed publications in the last three years
• Experience preparing and delivering presentations and writing accessible technical reports for policymakers
• Fluent written and spoken English
