Responsibilities
- Coordinate national and provincial reproductive, maternal and child health programme delivery
- Strengthen collaboration among health, youth, education and disability partners
- Support midwifery strategy development and inclusive reproductive-health service standards
- Analyse facility assessments and plan corrective action across six provinces
- Monitor programme results, budgets, supplies and quarterly reporting
- Support health-emergency response, advocacy and frontline capacity building
Requirements
- Healthcare qualification in nursing, midwifery or medicine
- Bachelor’s degree in a health field with seven years of experience, or master’s degree in an accepted public-health or development field with five years
- Knowledge and leadership experience in sexual and reproductive health
- Fluency in English and Bislama
- Ability to work full time from the Ministry of Health office
