Responsibilities
- Collate and document business needs into structured requirements and scalable solutions across markets
- Generate insights through data analysis, market intelligence and evidence-based modelling
- Design and oversee data collection methods, including surveys and feedback mechanisms
- Develop business cases, financial models, budgets, scenario analyses and market assessments
- Structure project implementation plans and follow up key actions
- Translate complex business needs into systems, tools and digital solutions with technical teams
- Develop case studies, practical tools and guidance for country office users
- Manage and improve the CODAS SharePoint knowledge platform
- Provide customer service support and analyse recurring information needs across offices and support centres
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in business administration, marketing, communications, fundraising, management, humanities or another relevant technical field, or a first-level university degree with two additional years of relevant experience
- Five years of progressively responsible professional experience in market development, strategy, data analytics, business analysis or business model innovation, including fundraising, subscription-based industries or related sectors
- Experience working in or with developing and emerging markets and understanding market dynamics and growth opportunities
- Experience translating abstract ideas or concepts into actionable steps
- Experience analysing complex data and translating insights into actionable recommendations and structured solutions
- Ability to lead or contribute to analytical workstreams, including business cases, financial modelling, market assessments or performance tracking
- Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting or contributing to business processes, tools or operational frameworks
- Proficiency in English
