Responsibilities

  • Support senior-level management meetings, conferences and retreats
  • Prepare analytics, slide decks and background papers
  • Track decisions and analyse implementation progress
  • Assist UN 2.0 accelerator planning, reviews, scorecards and playbooks
  • Monitor political, geographic and thematic global trends
  • Contribute to Global Risk Report coordination and crisis-planning analysis
  • Support resource mobilisation, donor research, meeting notes and event logistics
  • Develop dashboards and visualisations for senior managers

Requirements

  • Applicants must be enrolled in or have completed a graduate programme, or be enrolled in or have completed the final academic year of a first university degree
  • Applicants must be highly computer literate in standard software applications
  • Applicants must have a keen interest in the work of the United Nations and commitment to the ideals of the Charter
  • Applicants must demonstrate ability to interact successfully with individuals of different cultural backgrounds and beliefs
  • Fluency in English is required
