Lead Specialist

This role leads the Department for Outcomes' new Outcomes Solutions Program, advising governments, multilateral development banks and international institutions on outcomes-focused delivery systems and building AI-enabled analytics for development effectiveness, combining senior advisory work with applied research and university partnerships.

• Design, launch and scale the Outcomes Solutions Program as an advisory and knowledge platform
• Build a portfolio of reimbursable advisory services with governments, multilateral development banks and UN agencies
• Advise governments and institutions on delivery units, target systems and results platforms
• Lead application of AI, machine learning and predictive analytics to outcomes and delivery systems
• Lead a research programme documenting outcomes reform, delivery systems and AI-enabled analytics
• Represent the Department for Outcomes in high-level engagements with shareholders and partners
• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff
• Establish quality-assurance standards for diagnostics, advisory products and research outputs
