People and Culture Officer

Supports UNICEF workforce analytics and employee listening work by developing surveys, analysing HR data, maintaining dashboards and translating people insights into recommendations for workforce planning and employee experience.

Department: Division of People and Culture

• Improve availability, quality and consistency of HR data with the Digital Impact Division
• Design, develop and maintain HR dashboards for workforce, KPI and diversity metrics
• Provide HR data analytics and reporting support to the People and Culture community
• Conduct workforce trend analysis across headcount, attrition, mobility and diversity metrics
• Produce executive-level workforce insights for strategic HR and organisational decisions
• Analyse employee feedback from staff surveys and pulse checks
• Provide technical guidance and training on qualitative research and survey design best practices

• Bachelor or equivalent first-level university degree in Social Science, Human Resources Management, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field
• Two years of professional experience conducting quantitative and qualitative studies or research at the international level
• Professional experience in HR or People and Culture management
• Solid computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office applications and knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
• Fluency in English

• Temporary Appointment for six months as parental leave coverage
• The post is supervised by the P4 People and Culture Manager and guided by the Chief People and Culture
