Responsibilities

  • Improve availability, quality and consistency of HR data with the Digital Impact Division
  • Design, develop and maintain HR dashboards for workforce, KPI and diversity metrics
  • Provide HR data analytics and reporting support to the People and Culture community
  • Conduct workforce trend analysis across headcount, attrition, mobility and diversity metrics
  • Produce executive-level workforce insights for strategic HR and organisational decisions
  • Analyse employee feedback from staff surveys and pulse checks
  • Provide technical guidance and training on qualitative research and survey design best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor or equivalent first-level university degree in Social Science, Human Resources Management, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field
  • Two years of professional experience conducting quantitative and qualitative studies or research at the international level
  • Professional experience in HR or People and Culture management
  • Solid computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office applications and knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
  • Fluency in English
