Responsibilities
- Improve availability, quality and consistency of HR data with the Digital Impact Division
- Design, develop and maintain HR dashboards for workforce, KPI and diversity metrics
- Provide HR data analytics and reporting support to the People and Culture community
- Conduct workforce trend analysis across headcount, attrition, mobility and diversity metrics
- Produce executive-level workforce insights for strategic HR and organisational decisions
- Analyse employee feedback from staff surveys and pulse checks
- Provide technical guidance and training on qualitative research and survey design best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor or equivalent first-level university degree in Social Science, Human Resources Management, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field
- Two years of professional experience conducting quantitative and qualitative studies or research at the international level
- Professional experience in HR or People and Culture management
- Solid computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office applications and knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
- Fluency in English
