Responsibilities
- Lead the People and Culture unit and provide strategic HR direction
- Act as a business partner on workforce planning and people-related risks
- Guide talent management, organisational change and staff wellbeing initiatives
- Support emergency preparedness and response from a people-management perspective
- Oversee implementation of assigned human resources services
- Strengthen learning, capacity development and HR data analytics
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or another related field
- Eight years of professional experience in human resource management in an international organisation or large corporation
- Fluency in English
