Responsibilities

  • Lead the People and Culture unit and provide strategic HR direction
  • Act as a business partner on workforce planning and people-related risks
  • Guide talent management, organisational change and staff wellbeing initiatives
  • Support emergency preparedness and response from a people-management perspective
  • Oversee implementation of assigned human resources services
  • Strengthen learning, capacity development and HR data analytics

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or another related field
  • Eight years of professional experience in human resource management in an international organisation or large corporation
  • Fluency in English
