NATO Joint Force Command Naples seeks a manager to lead community relations and internal communications within its Public Affairs Office. The post advises senior leadership, directs public-affairs products, manages branch workflows and budget responsibilities, and maintains links with media and host-nation stakeholders.

• Advise the Public Affairs Advisor and act as Chief Public Affairs Officer when required
• Manage community-relations and internal-communication functions and programmes
• Develop public-affairs products, press releases and briefings
• Coordinate relations with media, local government and educational institutions
• Manage branch workflows, correspondence, tasking and office administration
• Plan, track and report on the branch budget and expenditures

• University degree in journalism, public relations or a related field with 4 years of experience or secondary education with professional training and 5 years
• Experience producing news releases, media products and press-briefing material
• English proficiency at SLP 3333 and required Italian host-nation language
• Eligibility for NATO SECRET security clearance

• Master’s degree in public relations or a related field
• Military public-affairs and joint multinational-environment experience
