• Receive, dispatch and tranship goods using approved transport and delivery documents
• Verify physical counts and quality against established standards
• Prepare, verify and validate warehouse and transport documents
• Complete daily stock reconciliations and internal control checks at warehouse close
• Inspect goods received, dispatched and handled, and report stock discrepancies or damage
• Apply protection measures for food and non-food items under WFP procedures
• Monitor warehouse and commodity condition to support efficient storage planning
• Provide on-the-job guidance and training to warehouse staff

• Secondary education completed
• At least four years of experience in the required field
• Fluency in French
