Responsibilities

  • Manage timely and compliant purchases for internal customers
  • Research the availability of required goods and services
  • Draft requests for tenders, quotations, selection tables and contracts
  • Follow up purchases and deliveries against specifications and contract details
  • Receive goods and verify ordered quality and quantities
  • Ensure supplier invoices are processed and paid on time
  • Complete reporting and compliance requirements accurately and on schedule

Requirements

  • University degree in logistics, supply chain management, customs administration or an equivalent field
  • At least two years of experience in purchasing, logistics or a related area
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
