Responsibilities
- Manage timely and compliant purchases for internal customers
- Research the availability of required goods and services
- Draft requests for tenders, quotations, selection tables and contracts
- Follow up purchases and deliveries against specifications and contract details
- Receive goods and verify ordered quality and quantities
- Ensure supplier invoices are processed and paid on time
- Complete reporting and compliance requirements accurately and on schedule
Requirements
- University degree in logistics, supply chain management, customs administration or an equivalent field
- At least two years of experience in purchasing, logistics or a related area
- Very good written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
