Responsibilities
- Report maintenance activities to the Premises and Maintenance Supervisor and propose improvements
- Maintain and repair electrical networks in delegation offices and residences
- Repair electrical devices, switches, sockets, breakers and fittings
- Check and service transformers in delegation and residential premises
- Maintain and repair water supply systems
- Check and repair air-conditioning accessories
- Maintain inventories and stock balances for maintenance properties
- Assist supervisors, daily workers and external teams to complete maintenance jobs on time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, diploma or associate degree in engineering, electronics, mechanics or civil engineering
- Two to five years of work experience in a similar field
- Basic English knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- Good physical condition
- Good knowledge of maintenance and repair of equipment or premises management
