Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of projects and programmes
  • Draft correspondence, presentations, meeting minutes and other documents
  • Prepare procurement, service request, working advance and financial documentation
  • Monitor premises-related expenditures and maintain supporting records
  • Support budget preparation, expenditure monitoring and accounting query responses
  • Maintain premises databases, service contracts, leases, inventories and reports
  • Manage document digitisation, archiving and information management compliance
  • Coordinate with landlords, authorities, service providers and internal departments

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent training
  • Five years of experience in a secretarial position, preferably within the ICRC
  • Excellent command of English or good command of French depending on work location
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint and IBM Lotus Notes
