Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop risk-profiling and targeting training modules, presentations, exercises and participant materials
- Deliver radiation and nuclear risk-profiling training exercises in Malaysia and Indonesia
- Provide technical guidance to participants on identifying, preventing and responding to radiological and nuclear threats
- Prepare post-training reports covering activities, participant engagement, findings, recommendations and lessons learned
- Create scenario-based exercises, assessment tools and supporting reference materials for border-management training
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in law, criminology, public administration, political science, international relations or a related field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least 10 years of relevant border-management and law-enforcement experience
- Experience training law-enforcement officers in an international environment
- Experience using and deploying risk-profiling and targeting equipment
- Fluency in oral and written English
Desired Criteria
- Understanding of criminal networks in Asia and Africa
- Experience working with the UN or other international organisations
- Experience developing training modules or curricula for international organisations
