Responsibilities
- Create simple posters, flyers, banners, certificates and internal announcements
- Adapt existing templates to WFP brand standards
- Prepare visual materials with Canva and approved design tools
- Format PowerPoint presentations, notes, tables and information sheets
- Support communications for recruitment, onboarding, learning and staff engagement
- Review materials for visual consistency, basic spelling and clear layout
- Organise templates, photographs and communication files
- Prepare visual materials for meetings, workshops, training and HR campaigns
Requirements
- Current university enrolment or recent graduation in communication, graphic design, visual communication, multimedia, marketing, public relations, journalism or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Canva or another graphic-design application
- Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Fluency in spoken and written French
