Overview

Serves as strategic internal consultant and active recruiter within UNFPA's Division for Human Resources, leading the design and implementation of global talent acquisition strategies including sourcing, branding and outreach. The role partners with hiring managers and HR business partners to attract and recruit top talent across UNFPA offices worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Develop UNFPA's global branding, sourcing and outreach strategies
  • Review, revise and modernize talent acquisition policies and processes
  • Develop an attractive Employee Value Proposition for UNFPA
  • Lead and participate in talent acquisition initiatives and drive recruitment activities with HR business partners
  • Review applications, longlist candidates and participate on interview panels
  • Monitor hiring data and evaluate effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with executive search firms and institutions

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration or related discipline
  • Ten years of relevant progressively responsible experience in HR management related to talent sourcing, recruitment, branding and/or workforce planning, some in a globally present company or international organization
  • Fluency in English required
