Responsibilities
- Develop UNFPA's global branding, sourcing and outreach strategies
- Review, revise and modernize talent acquisition policies and processes
- Develop an attractive Employee Value Proposition for UNFPA
- Lead and participate in talent acquisition initiatives and drive recruitment activities with HR business partners
- Review applications, longlist candidates and participate on interview panels
- Monitor hiring data and evaluate effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with executive search firms and institutions
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration or related discipline
- Ten years of relevant progressively responsible experience in HR management related to talent sourcing, recruitment, branding and/or workforce planning, some in a globally present company or international organization
- Fluency in English required
