Graphic and Motion Graphic Design International Consultant

Creates the visual identity and multimedia package for UNODC’s 2026 International Anti-Corruption Day campaign, producing adaptable global assets, templates and an animated explainer that support consistent, accessible communications across headquarters, field offices and campaign partners.

Department: Corruption and Financial Crime Branch

• Develop the visual identity, creative concepts and style guide for the 2026 anti-corruption campaign
• Create an adaptable communications toolkit for headquarters, field offices and campaign partners
• Design multilingual digital and print assets, banners, campaign visuals and social-media templates
• Storyboard, animate and edit an accessible campaign explainer with voice-over, subtitles and sound
• Revise creative products in response to UNODC feedback and perform multilingual quality control
• Deliver web-ready and print-ready assets in required formats with editable source files
• Build Canva templates that personnel can localise without altering the campaign identity

• Advanced university degree in graphic design, information technology, media, public relations, social sciences, film, video, multimedia production or a related field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
• At least five years of professional experience in multimedia production and motion design
• Proficiency with professional video and graphic-design software
• Fluency in spoken and written English

• Home-based consultancy running from 7 September to December 2026
