Responsibilities
- Conduct a Gender Equality and Accountability to Affected Populations programmatic review for the Lebanon Country Office
- Assess gaps in gender equality programming and delivery of AAP commitments
- Identify priority actions to strengthen alignment with UNICEF's 2026-2029 Gender Equality Action Plan and Strategic Plan
- Inform preparation of the 2028-2032 Lebanon Country Programme Document through evidence-based review findings
- Recommend programming and emergency-preparedness priorities that advance gender equality results and AAP minimum standards
Requirements
- Master's degree in Gender, Sociology, Anthropology or a related field
- At least eight years of experience in gender equality, research and gender or AAP assessments or reviews
- Substantive programme experience in gender equality and AAP issues, including effective feedback channels and social change
- Demonstrated experience using gender equality evidence to shape and implement programmes
- Proficiency in English
