Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise the evaluation inception report
- Review project documents and synthesize desk research
- Design interview guides and conduct semi-structured stakeholder interviews
- Present preliminary findings to project stakeholders
- Draft and finalize the evaluation report using stakeholder feedback
- Disseminate evaluation findings and recommendations
Requirements
- Advanced degree in environmental sciences, international development, economics, finance, public policy, statistics or a relevant political or social science
- At least seven years of technical or evaluation experience
- Fluency in English
