Evaluation Consultant

Leads the evaluation of a UN Development Account project on nature-based solutions, sustainable agriculture and public finance in Colombia and Brazil. The consultant designs the evaluation, gathers evidence, interviews stakeholders, validates findings and delivers a decision-ready final report.

• Prepare and revise the evaluation inception report
• Review project documents and synthesize desk research
• Design interview guides and conduct semi-structured stakeholder interviews
• Present preliminary findings to project stakeholders
• Draft and finalize the evaluation report using stakeholder feedback
• Disseminate evaluation findings and recommendations

• Advanced degree in environmental sciences, international development, economics, finance, public policy, statistics or a relevant political or social science
• At least seven years of technical or evaluation experience
• Fluency in English

• Remote consultancy with Geneva retained as the official duty station
