Especialista en Participación Social y Diálogo

UNDP's national UN Volunteer specialist will strengthen inclusive participation, multi-actor dialogue and territorial coordination in Colombia. The role develops guidance, identifies barriers affecting people of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities, supports field engagement and reports on collaborative governance.

• Develop technical inputs for institutional and community capacity strengthening
• Support an inclusive participation and non-discrimination protocol
• Identify territorial barriers to services and economic opportunities for OSIGD populations
• Facilitate multi-actor dialogue and social deliberation processes
• Coordinate field engagement with public, private and community stakeholders
• Prepare technical reports on participation, dialogue and collaborative governance

• University training in political science, psychology, social sciences, government, business, economics, public administration or a related field
• At least three years of general professional experience
• At least two years of relevant experience in community or institutional strengthening, participation, dialogue or public management
• Spanish proficiency

• National UN Volunteer Specialist assignment
• Contract extension depends on financing and renewal is not anticipated
• Health insurance, leave and other UN Volunteer entitlements apply
