Overview
UNDP's national UN Volunteer specialist will strengthen inclusive participation, multi-actor dialogue and territorial coordination in Colombia. The role develops guidance, identifies barriers affecting people of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities, supports field engagement and reports on collaborative governance.

Responsibilities
- Develop technical inputs for institutional and community capacity strengthening
- Support an inclusive participation and non-discrimination protocol
- Identify territorial barriers to services and economic opportunities for OSIGD populations
- Facilitate multi-actor dialogue and social deliberation processes
- Coordinate field engagement with public, private and community stakeholders
- Prepare technical reports on participation, dialogue and collaborative governance
Requirements
- University training in political science, psychology, social sciences, government, business, economics, public administration or a related field
- At least three years of general professional experience
- At least two years of relevant experience in community or institutional strengthening, participation, dialogue or public management
- Spanish proficiency
