Disability Inclusion Knowledge Management International Consultant

The consultant will consolidate UNICEF Ethiopia’s disability-inclusion resources into an accessible SharePoint library, preserve institutional knowledge, and produce practical onboarding materials and an assistive-technology roadmap for inclusive youth-livelihood programmes.

Department: Social Policy

• Review and consolidate disability-inclusion guidance, programme tools and strategic resources
• Structure an accessible internal SharePoint library for staff and future recruits
• Translate complex policy and technical material into practical, user-friendly knowledge products
• Prepare an assistive-technology roadmap for inclusive livelihood interventions
• Develop an onboarding package for future disability-inclusion specialists and senior recruits
• Coordinate with programme sections, field offices and operations colleagues to preserve institutional knowledge

• Advanced university degree in social sciences, disability inclusion, international development, public policy, knowledge management, education, social protection, public health or a related field
• At least five years of relevant experience in disability inclusion, inclusive programming, knowledge management, programme documentation, strategy development or technical support
• Demonstrated expertise in rights-based disability inclusion, accessibility, assistive technology and inclusive service delivery
• Fluency in spoken and written English

• Consultancy duration is three months and the working arrangement is home based
