Strengthens UNICEF Chile’s knowledge-management and triple-nexus monitoring systems by organising evidence, developing analytical tools and repositories, tracking programme results and transferring institutional capacity. The consultancy supports evidence-based decisions and organisational learning.

• Develop knowledge-management tools, repositories and technical documentation
• Systematise programme evidence and institutional learning
• Create analytical reports and monitoring products for decision-making
• Track indicators and analyse triple-nexus programme results
• Organise evidence generated by the Chile country office
• Transfer knowledge-management and monitoring capacity to UNICEF colleagues

• Professional qualification in social sciences with a master’s degree in a relevant public-policy, monitoring, knowledge-management, disaster-risk, humanitarian, data or information-systems field
• At least five years of professional experience in knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, information analysis or evidence generation
• Experience preparing analytical reports and monitoring tools
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish

• Thirteen-month national remote consultancy
