Responsibilities
- Resolve user incidents involving hardware, software and applications
- Train staff to use UNICEF systems and standard technology tools
- Install, configure and commission new equipment and software
- Support corporate applications and coordinate vendor repairs and services
- Maintain the office inventory of ICT equipment and assets
- Perform backups, system monitoring, patch management and security maintenance
- Administer user access to systems, platforms and databases
- Develop, test and update the operational continuity plan
Requirements
- Completion of secondary education
- At least five years of ICT experience covering hardware and software installation, user support and end-user documentation
- Ability to manage help-desk requests, maintain hardware records and provide technical support
- Technical knowledge of computer systems and digital tools
- Fluent Spanish and basic English
