Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of mission plans, policies and mandate
- Advise senior management on programme and operational priorities
- Coordinate departments and monitor programme results
- Integrate budget, human resources and security operations
- Negotiate with Kosovo institutions and international partners
- Supervise senior staff and deputize for the head of mission
Requirements
- Master's degree in political science, public or international law, international relations or a related field, or bachelor's degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least ten years of relevant progressive experience including five years at management level
- Professional English fluency
- International eligibility outside the candidate's home country or permanent residence
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive manual transmission
- Physical fitness and willingness to work extra hours with limited infrastructure
