The officer leads World Bank budget data products by defining analytical needs, building governed datasets and machine-learning pipelines, standardising finance and cloud sources, delivering predictive and AI-enabled tools, advancing data-mesh practices and guiding analysts on reliable self-service evidence.

• Lead design and delivery of budget data products and analytical models
• Translate business needs into practical data-driven solutions
• Own predictive-model and machine-learning pipeline deployment and validation
• Standardise budget measures, methodologies and reporting across systems
• Establish a consolidated governed data layer or data mesh
• Strengthen data quality, controls and consistency across platforms
• Guide analysts and review technical outputs for quality and usability
• Drive adoption of self-service analytics and data storytelling
