Responsibilities
- Review the existing monday.com CRM structure, data relationships and user journeys
- Configure an improved engagement board and relational data structure
- Build and optimize workflows that support programme and stakeholder engagement processes
- Create at least three useful dashboards for programme monitoring and decision-making
- Improve usability, information architecture and data organization
- Document the resulting system and provide practical guidance for staff
Requirements
- A strong background in user-experience design, human-resources processes, digital optimization, product management, artificial intelligence or web development
- Ability to contribute strategic user-experience and user-engagement expertise
