Overview
Lead contingent-owned equipment operations for the UN Support Office in Haiti. The officer will advise mission leadership, implement COE and memorandum policies, plan inspections, assess unit compliance and performance, manage verification reporting, respond to audits and supervise the COE unit.

Responsibilities
- Advise mission and headquarters leadership on contingent-owned equipment policy and operations
- Develop mission procedures for equipment memoranda and reimbursement frameworks
- Plan and supervise arrival, readiness, repatriation and periodic inspections
- Analyse unit compliance, verification reports and performance indicators
- Manage review-board submissions, audit responses and the COE unit workplan
Requirements
- Advanced degree in business administration or a logistics-related field, or an eligible first degree with relevant experience
- At least seven years of progressively responsible military or police logistics and property-management experience
- International military or UN peacekeeping contingent-owned equipment field experience
- Experience planning and supervising contingent-owned equipment inspections
- English at UN Level II
