Consultant(e) charge(e) de la redaction de la strategie nationale de l'education des filles et des outils de mise en oeuvre

Prepares a revised national girls education strategy for DRC by reviewing the previous strategy, analysing gender and education evidence, and drafting implementation and resource mobilisation tools for UNICEF and national counterparts.

• Prepare a framing note, roadmap, activity schedule and strategy outline
• Assess implementation of the 2015-2020 national girls education strategy
• Analyse lessons learned, good practices and institutional, legislative and legal context
• Draft the revised strategy document
• Develop a budgeted operational implementation plan
• Prepare guidance for resource mobilisation supporting strategy implementation

• Master or doctorate in social sciences, statistics, demography, economics, law, psychology or a related field
• Minimum five years of professional experience and knowledge in the education sector in DRC
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Experience analysing gender issues in DRC
• Experience in monitoring, evaluation and programme management
• Experience collecting data and managing datasets
• Professional written and oral French, Kikongo and Swahili

• Contract duration: 5.9 months
• Work modality includes telework plus mission to Kinshasa
