Overview
WIPO’s D-2 finance chief provides enterprise-wide leadership for financial stewardship, performance and risk, advising Member States and oversight bodies while modernising planning, controls and ERP-enabled services and leading the Finance and Planning Department in Geneva.

Responsibilities
- Set enterprise financial, performance and risk strategy
- Lead planning, budgeting, internal control and results-based management
- Advise Member States, governing bodies and oversight functions
- Drive customer-centred process and ERP transformation
- Use analytics and artificial intelligence to improve financial services
- Lead the Finance and Planning Department and represent WIPO externally
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or a related field, or a first university degree with two additional years of experience
- At least 15 years of progressively responsible executive leadership experience
- Leadership experience in complex international organisations
- Extensive experience in finance, budgeting, performance, transformation, risk and internal control
- Experience with ERP transformation, process redesign, data and artificial intelligence
- Experience engaging governing and audit or oversight bodies
- Excellent command of English
