Responsibilities

  • Contribute to budget plan review and monitor and analyse financial results of projects to support resource optimisation
  • Conduct basic analysis of fund and grant balances and flag discrepancies to the supervisor
  • Support supply chain management by monitoring the pipeline to prevent and address supply interruptions
  • Enter accurate data into corporate systems within set deadlines to support planning and decision-making
  • Compile data, maintain records and files, and prepare periodic and special reports for stakeholders
  • Liaise with stakeholders on project fund management to clarify discrepancies and optimise use of funds
  • Provide on-the-job guidance and training to other staff on budget planning and fund management
  • Follow standard emergency preparedness practices to support rapid response capacity

Requirements

  • Completion of secondary school education; post-secondary certificate in a related functional area desirable
  • University degree in economics or a related field
  • Fluency, spoken and written, in Spanish
  • Intermediate technical English
