Responsibilities
- Review budget plans and monitor and analyse project financial performance to support optimal use of resources
- Analyse fund and grant balances, identifying surpluses and deficits and recommending corrective measures
- Support pipeline management to prevent breaks and maximise operational effectiveness
- Contribute to improving internal processes, systems and tools for budget planning and monitoring
- Develop project budget plans and enter budget revisions into corporate systems
- Compile, review and analyse data and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports for stakeholders
- Maintain communication with stakeholders on fund management matters
- Guide and support other staff in budget planning and fund management
Requirements
- Completion of secondary school education with a post-secondary certificate in a related functional area
- Fluency in oral and written Spanish
