Responsibilities

  • Review budget plans and monitor and analyse project financial performance to support optimal use of resources
  • Analyse fund and grant balances, identifying surpluses and deficits and recommending corrective measures
  • Support pipeline management to prevent breaks and maximise operational effectiveness
  • Contribute to improving internal processes, systems and tools for budget planning and monitoring
  • Develop project budget plans and enter budget revisions into corporate systems
  • Compile, review and analyse data and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports for stakeholders
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders on fund management matters
  • Guide and support other staff in budget planning and fund management

Requirements

  • Completion of secondary school education with a post-secondary certificate in a related functional area
  • Fluency in oral and written Spanish
