Responsibilities

  • Review and consolidate inputs for annual financial statements and disclosures
  • Prepare donor contribution receipts and documentation for recognising and recording contributions
  • Coordinate petty-cash reporting and review recurring accounts-payable transactions
  • Document and analyse budget discussions and decisions from governing-body meetings
  • Monitor budget implementation, expenditure trends, variances and regularisation needs
  • Organise section records, reference material, templates and standard operating procedures
  • Monitor certified Business Operations Strategy inputs and support meetings and minutes

Requirements

  • Current enrolment in a graduate programme or final year of a bachelor's programme, or completion of a bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree
  • Field of study closely related to accounting, finance, public administration or the internship
  • Computer literacy in standard software applications
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
