Assistant(e) de projet - Fin4Youth+

Supports the Fin4Youth+ joint programme through project monitoring, data management and stakeholder coordination. The assignment contributes to financing access for youth- and women-led SMEs by documenting results, strengthening digital management systems and supporting inclusive regional economic development.

• Maintain project dashboards, databases, contact lists and monitoring tools
• Collect, consolidate and verify information on project activities and results
• Support monitoring and evaluation through preliminary data analysis and indicator tracking
• Prepare presentations, meeting notes, reports and programme communication materials
• Coordinate exchanges and follow-up with implementation partners, financial institutions and business-support organisations
• Organise field missions, workshops and administrative documentation for programme activities

• One month to one year of professional, internship or volunteer experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation, entrepreneurship support, development programmes, digital systems, data management, finance, economics or business administration
• French proficiency and working knowledge of English

• Experience in development projects or entrepreneurship ecosystem initiatives
• Experience with monitoring tools, data-collection systems, reporting platforms, dashboards or digital project-management tools
