Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics and organisation for meetings, events, visits and institutional activities
  • Track the preparation of agendas and operational requirements
  • Draft briefing notes, minutes, folders and supporting materials for high-level meetings
  • Consolidate inputs across directorates to prepare materials and follow up agreements on time
  • Coordinate with internal teams, government bodies, representations and external actors
  • Organise and systematise strategic and administrative information for the Directorate-General

Requirements

  • Completed secondary education
  • Four years of relevant experience with secondary education, or one year with a completed bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in effective oral and written communication
  • Experience in organisation and planning
  • Experience using digital tools and office software
  • Experience in logistics and operations
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
  • Mexican citizenship or immigration status permitting the work
