Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and organisation for meetings, events, visits and institutional activities
- Track the preparation of agendas and operational requirements
- Draft briefing notes, minutes, folders and supporting materials for high-level meetings
- Consolidate inputs across directorates to prepare materials and follow up agreements on time
- Coordinate with internal teams, government bodies, representations and external actors
- Organise and systematise strategic and administrative information for the Directorate-General
Requirements
- Completed secondary education
- Four years of relevant experience with secondary education, or one year with a completed bachelor’s degree
- Experience in effective oral and written communication
- Experience in organisation and planning
- Experience using digital tools and office software
- Experience in logistics and operations
- Ability to handle sensitive information
- Mexican citizenship or immigration status permitting the work
