Analista en Innovación y Transformación Digital

Leads participatory research, experimentation and solution portfolios for UNDP’s technology and innovation initiatives, working with communities and partners to turn field evidence into prototypes, institutional methods and practical learning that improves development decision-making.

• Conduct community research to understand needs, behaviours and local contexts
• Build relationships with communities, universities, public institutions and potential partners
• Translate field evidence into practical insights for solution design
• Design participatory methods that include vulnerable and under-represented groups
• Assess local solutions and lead experimentation, prototyping and field validation
• Manage portfolios of innovation experiments and pathways for scaling solutions
• Communicate findings through knowledge networks, communities of practice and digital channels
• Embed innovation methods and build organisational capacity in research, prototyping and portfolio management

• Master’s degree in anthropology, sociology, behavioural psychology, design, architecture, sustainable development, communications or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in one of these fields with two additional years of qualifying experience
• At least two years of professional experience with a master’s degree or four years with a bachelor’s degree in development programmes or policy, social innovation, partnership building, participation or resource mobilisation
• Experience coordinating multiple institutional actors at local and national levels
• Experience conducting community field research and documenting ethnographic evidence
• Experience applying participatory methods with communities
• Fluency in Spanish and English
