Responsibilities
- Design a common data model for regional and global foundational-learning assessments
- Build reproducible pipelines that extract and transform assessment metadata and results
- Harmonize inconsistent structures, names and codes across reports, spreadsheets and microdata
- Create reference datasets used by the minimum viable product learning portal
- Prepare standardized tables for ingestion into UNICEF’s International Data Warehouse
- Scale processing across TIMSS, PIRLS, EGRA, EGMA, MICS and other assessment programmes
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, information management, data science, public policy or a related field
- Five years of experience with data structures, analysis and pipeline development
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Docker, GitHub, R and Python
- Experience with household surveys or large-scale national or international assessment datasets
- English proficiency
