Screen applications for UNDP's African Youth Co-Creators Council against mandatory eligibility criteria, verify documents and language conditions, identify incomplete or duplicate submissions, record decisions in a standard spreadsheet, and flag cases requiring clarification.

• Review applications against agreed eligibility criteria
• Verify age, nationality, documents and language conditions
• Identify incomplete, ineligible or duplicate submissions
• Record screening results in the evaluation spreadsheet
• Flag applications requiring clarification
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality

• At least two years of experience in human resources, recruitment or a related field
• Experience reviewing applications or conducting eligibility screening
• Ability to handle confidential information impartially

• Online volunteering assignment
• Ten volunteers will support longlisting
• Assignment excludes scoring or ranking candidates
