Summary of Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for the CDC–UNICEF cooperative agreement
  • Align partnership delivery with UNICEF’s global immunisation strategy
  • Coordinate CDC, UNICEF technical teams and other global partners
  • Guide programme monitoring, evidence generation and financial oversight
  • Lead donor engagement and high-level partnership communication
  • Ensure accountable reporting and visibility of partnership results

Role Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in public health, international development, social sciences, public policy or a related field, or a relevant bachelor’s degree with two additional years of relevant experience
  • At least eight years of experience in immunisation programme management, outbreak and pandemic preparedness, implementation monitoring, evidence generation or disease prevention
  • Fluency in English

Desired Criteria

  • Experience with UNICEF, WHO, CDC or Gavi
