Technical Analyst - Project Delivery and Investment Monitoring

Supports Serbia's Ministry of Finance in reviewing, monitoring and improving delivery of EXPO-related public investment projects, with a focus on quality assurance, milestones, workflows and stakeholder coordination.

• Assess operational project management methodologies for EXPO-related capital investment projects
• Monitor implementation progress against timelines, objectives and delivery milestones
• Develop and oversee quality management and assurance frameworks
• Formulate recommendations to improve workflows, quality control and assurance mechanisms
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, training sessions and strategic conferences
• Document lessons learned and support knowledge platforms for project partners

• Advanced university degree in law, economics, organisational sciences or a related field, or bachelor's degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience with a master's degree, or 4 years with a bachelor's degree, in quality management and assurance and project management
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and process optimisation, and capital investments or infrastructure projects
• Experience using project monitoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Fluency in English and Serbian
