Responsibilities
- Assess operational project management methodologies for EXPO-related capital investment projects
- Monitor implementation progress against timelines, objectives and delivery milestones
- Develop and oversee quality management and assurance frameworks
- Formulate recommendations to improve workflows, quality control and assurance mechanisms
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, training sessions and strategic conferences
- Document lessons learned and support knowledge platforms for project partners
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in law, economics, organisational sciences or a related field, or bachelor's degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience with a master's degree, or 4 years with a bachelor's degree, in quality management and assurance and project management
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and process optimisation, and capital investments or infrastructure projects
- Experience using project monitoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Fluency in English and Serbian
