Responsibilities
- Manage project work plans, delivery, technical outputs and operational coordination
- Track project progress, risks, budgets and reporting against agreed timelines
- Provide advisory support on climate resilience and river basin management
- Coordinate procurement, consultant inputs and quality assurance under UNDP rules
- Build partnerships with government, academia, NGOs and regional project teams
- Integrate gender, disability, youth and disaster resilience considerations into project activities
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Development Studies, Social Policy, Social Sciences, Sustainable Development, Gender Studies, International Development, International Relations, Public Policy, Political Law or a related field, or bachelor degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- No professional experience required with master degree, or minimum 2 years with bachelor degree in design, implementation, monitoring or evaluation of development projects
- Fluency in Arabic and English
