Supports administration, finance, procurement and human resources in UNOPS’ Honduras office. Responsibilities
- Maintain operational controls, inventories and management tools
- Support logistics for workshops, training sessions and meetings
- Open and organize administrative, procurement and personnel files
- Register, distribute and track incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Follow up vendors and provide temporary reception coverage
- File payment records and validate bank guarantee confirmations
- Review petty-cash invoices and ledger classifications
- Monitor compliance with regional and local performance indicators
Requirements
- Diversified secondary education
- Current university enrolment or graduation within the past three years
- Identification as LGBTIQ+, a person with disabilities, Indigenous or Afro-descendant
- Availability for forty hours per week
