Responsibilities
- Receive, consolidate and validate procurement requisitions
- Prepare tender documents, bid solicitations and quotation requests
- Draft bid-analysis summaries and support evaluation procedures
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts and approval documentation
- Monitor supplier performance and contract implementation
- Track open requisitions, orders, deliveries and receiving records
- Review invoices and coordinate timely supplier payments
- Maintain physical and electronic procurement-cycle records
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration, accounting, logistics, supply chain management or a related field with two years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with four years
- Certificate of good conduct from the police if selected
- Working English based on the primary language of the posting
