Senior Solution Engineer

Designs interoperable technical solutions for NATO joint intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations. The engineer translates operational requirements into mission-ready architectures integrating multi-source intelligence, secure data flows and AI-enabled analytical services.

Department: NCIA Joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Centre

• Define solution architectures and manage operational requirements
• Integrate software, sensor and intelligence-data services across federated environments
• Design resilient mission networks and cross-domain data flows
• Coordinate engineering work with military, technical and industry stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with three years of relevant experience, or at least ten years of extensive relevant experience without a degree
• Experience designing and integrating intelligence software, sensor services and multi-source data flows
• Experience with multi-INT environments and AI or machine-learning techniques
• Fluent written and spoken English

• Five-year full-time contract
