Overview
The associate supports WASH and shelter programming by coordinating project delivery, budgets, reporting and partner liaison, while tracking field activities, implementing-partner compliance and humanitarian needs to improve assistance for displaced and mobile populations in Venezuela.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning, implementation and monitoring of WASH and shelter project activities
- Compile and analyse project data for operational decisions and issue escalation
- Monitor project budgets and recommend adjustments to maintain delivery
- Coordinate administrative actions and clearances across organisational units and external parties
- Prepare status reports, briefing notes, correspondence and statistical documentation
- Organise meetings, training sessions and capacity-building workshops
- Maintain liaison with authorities, UN agencies, donors and humanitarian partners
- Monitor implementing partners and guide staff supporting project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a listed relevant field with four years of professional experience, or high school diploma with six years of professional experience
- Relevant experience in shelter, reconstruction, housing improvement or non-food-item distribution
- Experience supervising field activities and contractors
- Experience assessing needs, identifying beneficiaries and technically following interventions
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish
