Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational, administrative, financial and technical delivery of WASH projects
- Monitor implementation against work plans and recommend corrective action
- Develop project budgets, monitoring tools and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate collection, verification and analysis of project information
- Prepare and disseminate project reports in line with donor requirements
- Liaise with government, UN agencies, donors, communities and implementing partners
- Plan and deliver capacity-building activities for staff and partners
- Supervise project staff and undertake implementation and monitoring travel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a listed relevant field with two years of professional experience, or a master’s degree in one of those fields
- Experience in shelter, land, housing, community infrastructure or humanitarian assistance programmes
- Experience supporting Shelter and NFI project planning, implementation and monitoring
- Experience coordinating with government institutions, humanitarian actors and communities
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish
