Responsibilities
- Advise the Programme Director on synchronising the NC3 modernization programme
- Guide capability development activities through NATO's common-funded delivery governance model
- Represent programme leadership in senior committees and working groups
- Lead strategic planning for a future NC3 management organisation
- Manage updates and reports to senior stakeholder committees
- Coordinate day-to-day tasking across Nuclear C3 sections
- Oversee programme management products, budget and workforce planning
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant discipline with 4 years of post-related experience, or higher secondary education with advanced vocational training plus 5 years post-related and 2 years function-related experience
- 5 years of management experience with proven leadership skills in a large organisation
- 3 years of portfolio, programme and project management experience in complex system acquisition or development for a large military organisation
- 3 years of experience with NATO common-funded capability delivery or a national equivalent
- Experience influencing and advising senior political and flag or general officer leadership
- Proven record of achievement in positions of similar scope and responsibility
- English SLP 3333 is required
- Must apply for and receive COSMIC TOP SECRET/A security clearance before contract confirmation and employment
