Responsibilities
- Prepare background materials, briefing notes and analytical summaries on Directorate matters
- Draft strategic documents, management reports, presentations, speeches and correspondence
- Coordinate and quality review inputs for corporate planning, reporting and oversight exercises
- Prepare management summaries and status reports for senior management decisions
- Maintain tracking systems, dashboards and management information tools
- Support senior management meetings, consultations and missions
- Draft internal communication materials and coordinate communication activities
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in International Relations or Development, Economics, Public Administration, Industrial Development or another relevant discipline
- At least three years of relevant work experience for the recruiting office
- Ability to research and analyse information
- Fluency in written and spoken English
