Responsibilities

  • Prepare background materials, briefing notes and analytical summaries on Directorate matters
  • Draft strategic documents, management reports, presentations, speeches and correspondence
  • Coordinate and quality review inputs for corporate planning, reporting and oversight exercises
  • Prepare management summaries and status reports for senior management decisions
  • Maintain tracking systems, dashboards and management information tools
  • Support senior management meetings, consultations and missions
  • Draft internal communication materials and coordinate communication activities

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in International Relations or Development, Economics, Public Administration, Industrial Development or another relevant discipline
  • At least three years of relevant work experience for the recruiting office
  • Ability to research and analyse information
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
