Responsibilities
- Attend coordination meetings with the event organising committee
- Prepare the guest list according to participation guidance from the organising committee
- Support creation and follow-up of the symposium agenda
- Prepare event invitations and track their dispatch
- Maintain guest and participant lists with contact and affiliation details
- Guide guests during symposium activities and meal arrangements
- Coordinate audiovisual services during the symposium
- Prepare the event record with photographs and a final report
Requirements
- University degree at bachelor's level in natural resources, hospitality, tourism or a related field
- At least two years of experience in event organisation
- Excellent oral and written Spanish
- Intermediate English
