Responsibilities

  • Attend coordination meetings with the event organising committee
  • Prepare the guest list according to participation guidance from the organising committee
  • Support creation and follow-up of the symposium agenda
  • Prepare event invitations and track their dispatch
  • Maintain guest and participant lists with contact and affiliation details
  • Guide guests during symposium activities and meal arrangements
  • Coordinate audiovisual services during the symposium
  • Prepare the event record with photographs and a final report

Requirements

  • University degree at bachelor's level in natural resources, hospitality, tourism or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in event organisation
  • Excellent oral and written Spanish
  • Intermediate English
