Responsibilities
- Identify and report protection needs and vulnerabilities among relocation beneficiaries
- Conduct initial and ongoing protection screenings and document findings
- Provide beneficiaries with practical departure information and procedural guidance
- Support implementation and follow-up of individual protection plans
- Facilitate referrals to medical, psychosocial, legal and social services
- Coordinate case information with internal teams, providers and authorities
- Organise information activities and group sessions for the relocation project
- Draft case notes and accompany beneficiaries during relocation movements when required
Requirements
- High school diploma with four years of professional experience, or bachelor degree in Social Work, Sociology or Psychology with two years of professional experience
- Fluent written and spoken English and Greek
